Criterion:

Instructional Set:

This test evaluates reaction time and footspeed. When you place your left foot and weight on the center foot pad a green light will illuminate on the board In front of you. After about 3 seconds a beep will sound and a red light will appear on the board at the 12:00, 3:00 or 9:00 position. If a light appears at 12:00 move to the front foot pad as fast as you can. 3:00 to the right, 6:00 behind you, 9:00 to the left. As soon as you hear the beep and see the light change move as fast as you can and touch the other foot pad with your right foot. You will do this three times.

Record:

Record release time first followed by foot speed (two numbers will flash. Foot speed number is followed by a period in the right corner). Record the direction of movement by checking a box on the score sheet for each of the trials.

Note: If the left foot pressure is released too soon, a buzz tone is produced.
